I’ve been seeing Ivan Gomez for my haircuts for about 2 years now. He always does a spectacular job. He listens to what I want carefully and always delivers. We are on the same page about what a trim is, what an inch cut off looks like (lol) and always frames my face just right. Ivan is also very knowledgeable about hair care and products. Aside from his work, he’s a down to earth human and is great to converse with 😊
Nancy was awesome! I was in town for a wedding and needed a last-minute blowout and styling. I really didn’t know what to expect. Not only did Nancy have 30* years in the business, she is still taking classes and evolving. Talented, hip, professional and fun! From this New Yorkers to anyone whom reads this, George Salon rocks , not just because it’s high end location and gorgous space but because the people whom work for them have this infectious energy and tremendous skill set! Can’t wait to get back to Chicago to book again.
Great atmosphere. Staff is friendly and professional and the stylists seem to be the best of the best. I’ve seen Dae a few times for a haircut and felt extremely well taken care of. (I believe both of his parents are hair stylists as well - just goes to show this place hires talented individuals!). Prices aren’t cheap but they’re fair imo and well worth it.
