Truly the best cleaners and tailoring service in the West Loop (Chicago, IL). Incredibly friendly and professional staff, Lilian is one of one when it comes to tailoring. She's beyond talented, attention to detail and quality craftsmanship is undeniable. I had purchased the wrong size in my Carolina Herrera cocktail dress (a smaller size was not available), and through her beautiful tailoring it transformed into a perfect fit.
