My overall experience over the years has been great. You have to make an appointment or you can drop off your tax papers. Never had any issues and the one time i got a letter from the state i called the office and they said i had to take in the letter , fax, text or e-mail. I opted to email the letter and they resolved my issue. Garcia tax service staff is great.
