I’ve been going to GLC for my prenatal massages. I’ve had 2 with Matthew and he’s absolutely amazing! I’ve been to other places for prenatal massages but by far he has been the best! I highly recommend him!

I really like this gym. My insurance covers membership at other gyms but not this one, so I have to pay the dues. In spite of it, I opt to go to Galter, because I think it is a lot better than the competition. What I like the most here are the fitness classes included in membership. You have to sign up for the more popular classes 48 hours in advance, because they fill up quickly. Try to take some classes like yoga or Aqua Mix/ Aqua Blast with Shannon, who is an awesome instructor. As others have mentioned, you will see all ages and body types here, so no need to be embarrassed if you are not in top shape. I'm in treatment for medical reasons. I get acupuncture once a week. I have a trainer, and I use the gym facilities as well. I am so appreciative for my acupuncturist, Oleg. He really knows what he is doing, and he listens to me and tries to address each of my needs/symptoms.The gym has a great vibe. The equipment works. It is always clean & the staff are very friendly. I love my trainer, Karen. She's got a great knack for knowing what I need for that day's workout. She always encourages and helps me to move & strengthen my body. I'm in better health because of the opportunity to go to Galter.I just can't say enough good things about Galter.
