Gabby’s Barbershop and Joey have been the greatest find I’ve had since moving to Chicago a few years ago.The shop: it’s super cute and is perfectly decorated in a classic almost nostalgic way. From the floors to the photos on the wall then to the layout and the chairs: this place is gorgeous.The vibe is welcoming, genuinely friendly, and admittedly entertaining, There is a clear and genuine sense of care and respect in how well the team there interacts with one another and with their clients. Cody is a great barber. I've been seeing him for a while now and he always does great work. He gives good advice and if I ask for too much off he knows when to stop and check with me to make sure I want to go shorter (he's right and I stop).
