HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I love this studio, the classes and instructors! I booked my very first class here because of the Allegro 2 reformers and the smaller class size (max 6 people). Kelsey was the instructor and it was such a challenging but fun class. I was sore for days after but didn't feel like I was compromising form during the class itself. She's encouraging, provides adjustments and keeps a chill but fun tempo to the class. It was my first time meeting her but she took the time to check in with me after class and provide thoughtful guidance to my fitness questions. She made me want to come back to class here.

Beautiful and intimate studio. I really appreciate Elena and her team's teaching style. Because the classes are intimate, not only does she have time to ensure form is good to avoid injuries for every single student, but over time gets to know you and know where you might be able to push yourself a tiny bit more. It feels so wonderfully communal and such a safe space to be yourself and work on strengthening.

as a physical therapist and yoga teacher of 10 years, I can confidently say that Elena is the best pilates teacher I’ve taken class with. her classes are challenging and every minute feels productive. she’s attentive and her cuing & sequencing are thoughtful; she gives you the option to work towards fatigue but is also accommodating to students of all levels and provides modifications. I always feel stronger when I leave class.
