I highly recommend FreeForm PT. Excellent and varied therapies were performed and recommended for some upper back and severe neck pain I was having. Vince was thorough and provided a number of options for me, both during my appointments and those that I could (and should) do on my own. His knowledge of the body's interconnected facets was quite impressive and he offered suggestions to help me in day to day life. Vince gave recommendations, but didn't try to string me along to more and more visits. It was up to me and my progress. I've not been going here for very long yet but I already really like it! I'm seeing Kaylee for foot pain. She's very friendly, listened to my long-winded explanation of what I was experiencing, and gave thoughtful responses about what she suspected was going on and what we could do to address it. She knows her stuff - I've already learned a lot about muscles, tendons, fascia, and how they all work together from her. She's also very considerate during appointments, asking about pain/comfort levels throughout. I highly recommend coming here for any PT needs.

Highly recommend Megan at Freeform. I had a shoulder injury that was causing me pain and discomfort. Through body work, dry needling, and exercises that addressed muscle imbalances and correcting my posture, happy to say I’m back to all my normal activities and pain free. Nora at the front desk is also kind and helpful in scheduling. Thank you Freeform team!
