This was a really exciting experience. And I was very passionate about being involved. However I felt after I gave a negative yet very constructive on how to improve it, about the product. I was ignored the rest of the focus group. It really felt that my opinion no longer mattered. That the moderator no longer looked my way or even addressed me. They did a great job addressing everyone equally until I felt strongly about my opinion, that I feel they disapproved of. I had to instead speak up about subjects after they tried to move on, because I felt I didn’t get a chance to voice my opinion. I was very polite and waiting my turn. Focusscope is awesome I haven't received anything from it for the past 4-5 months. They'll leave a tease voicemail so you know jobs are getting ready which I like. However sometimes I miss hear appointment direct call number or ticket extension I still think it's great. One this I think will help Focus company is raising the pay for all the studies big or small.
