WONDERFUL!!! I've never experienced such amazing customer service as I did from Sarah today at Flora Chicago. I called on a very busy Friday before Mother's Day to see if Flora Chicago could do a same-day delivery to my daughter for a surprise congratulations, and Sarah made it possible for beautiful white and pink tulips to be delivered within two hours to South Michigan Avenue. Incredible!! She made this day so very extra special for my daughter and me. Thank you, Sarah!
