Joining Fitvengers has been life changing. It is a wholesome safe space to work on building the best you. With the help of my trainer Rik and the owner, Carly, who has such an encouraging spirit, I have challenged myself to gain the knowledge and confidence needed to achieve the consistency I had failed to achieve at other gyms. I’m excited to continue to see progress and continue to be a part of this amazing gym and support system.
I've been attending this gym for a year, and the results have been incredible. Ricky is my personal trainer and he’s awesome, Carly the owner, is also very involved with everyone’s progress and pushes us to be better versions of ourselves. She keeps things fun with various workshops, periodic personal and group challenges and even cooking classes to learn healthy ways of cooking. The physical improvements are obvious, but what's truly remarkable is how much it's positively impacted my mental health. She’s created an awesome community of very positive people that helps tremendously in your journey. This place is a game-changer!
The fitvengers trainers did a great ‘challenge’ that got me motivated to exercise again! The group classes were so fun for learning and for working out together. Awesome job guys!
