I've been taking my kids here for years since they were little to see Dr. Pedro and when they started in their other location. I'm very pleased with Family Care Associates. The ladies at the front desk are polite and helpful along with the nurses. Dr. Pedro is just an amazing and nice doctor who cares about our concerns. There is a long wait to be seen but overall... it's a good place with caring professionals. Thank you, Family Care Associates!

Unprofessional and never ever knows how to book an appointment properly. They know most of their patients are older and should not be waiting hours after they have an appointment already scheduled. Lack of common sense and professionalism.
