Austin was are inspector who did a thorough job of the property. He covered everything possible and very nice guy. Answered all of are questions differently would recommend him. He differently knows his way around a house. He pretty every inch of property.
Austin was responsive, communicates effectively, told me everything in real time, and was incredibly thorough. The report has copius amounts of detail that give you a comprehensive road map to prioritizing issues that require immediate attention versus those that can be projects for later. It is worth every dollar in my opinion. This man stood in the rain, squeezed into a crawlspace, and sent the report back the same day which kept everything moving seamlessly for the rest of my real estate team.
