I just had the best wax experience of my life at European Wax in Chicago by Ashanti. Her attention to detail and perfectionism is unmatched and I am grateful for her professional attitude and care.
It was my first time at this location, and I had trouble finding the place. From the minute I called, a woman named Monica answered the phone, with a cheery upbeat voice letting me know that it was a beautiful day today. Indeed, it was, because she helped me navigate to the location and then when I was walking around, she stayed on the phone with me and even stood outside the door so I could see her. When I finally met her in person, she was highly personable, she is definitely the right person for that position. Her customer was exceptional, she went above and beyond for me.

Had the best service yet by Za. Incredibly thorough yet fast! I’ve had terrible experiences lately, but Zauria made sure I double checked every single area of my skin, and she would go over anything that was missed while getting everything done under the time that was scheduled
