I had my first massage at The Self Sanctuary yesterday with Air, and it was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I came in after several days of intense neck and back pain. Air listened attentively to my concerns and asked thoughtful questions about my needs and preferred pressure level.
What followed was a blissful, hour-long massage from a skilled professional who worked out all the tension and discomfort I had been feeling. I left thoroughly satisfied with the experience and appreciated the calm, cozy atmosphere of the space.
I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I recently discovered Self Sanctuary and have had a few great massages by Erin. She has created a little oasis in the middle of the city and I know when I go there I will be able to let all my stress go. Erin listens to my concerns and addresses any trouble points. I have been very satisfied with her services and would highly recommend Self Sanctuary!

Erin was fantastic. She was very professional and you can tell she is knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She listened and was able to find and target the areas where I was harboring a lot of stress and tension. I will definitely be returning.
