Their great I've been coming here since I was pregnant with my daughter she's going in today for her yearly check up I've had no issues with any one the only complaint I have is it's too warm in there maybe turn the heater down a bit lol
Today was my first time visiting, and I must say the doctor and trainee were very pleasant. The process was quick and efficient. My only con was in the waiting room. Today I had the most impressive and wonderful experience at the Erie Family Health Center in Evanston. The staff was friendly, the doctor was great, but the best experience was having blood drown by the nurse Kerah Scott. ( I truly hope I spelled her name correctly). When it comes to needles, I like most people hate them because they hurt. Not the case when Kerah handled them. I barely felt a tiny pinch as she punctured the vein to draw blood for tests and no pain what so ever when she "poked" me for the COVID booster shot. What a wonderful and gentle young lady! KUDOS to you Kerah Scott!!!!
