Equinox has been my by far my favorite gym. Been a member for over 4 years already in LA and been coming to the downtown/loop location in Chicago for a few times since my business is out here. This particular gym has amazing staff. I had lost my headphone one day and I had immediately called to see if it has been found. Staff was so prompted to locate my headphone and keep it in a safe place for me to pick up the next day. That being said, if you want a CLEAN gym with great service, staff and amenities, this is for you. Pricey but worth it.

The reason why i decided to leave this to join their competitor was because the competitor has simply better everything for just a little bit more in the membership . But also the water pressure was a big turned off.Hope this helps! .

The sign-up process was a bit annoying only because I showed up at 5:30 in the morning to be told I needed a certain person to give me access for a day pass. I feel like that could be streamlined. HOWEVER once May reached out to me to get everything set up, my experience was freaking awesome. She was super friendly and easy to work with and was able to answer every question I had on a call. I got a trial to test some classes and see what the gyms were like. It’s not too busy and the classes are a really good work out.
