Encore was very responsible and quick to respond for quotes and suggested replacements. We were very satisfy with the quality of labor and workmanship. We replaced our garage roof which was flat back in Nov. 2023 and haven't seen any issues since. No adjustments or touch ups were required as we inspected the roof during the winter and spring season. Will definitely recommend to others for their competitive pricing and scheduling.
Would recommend Encore to anyone in need of roof work. Offered very competitive and detailed quotes. Gave me options at different price points and a good breakdown of what to expect from each. Completed the job in a timely manner and Chris was very communicative throughout. New roof overlay has already weathered a few rain storms with no issues.
I contacted them for an estimate on a roof repair after a recent storm. They responded quickly and professionally with the type of repair needed and an estimated cost range. I would have gone with them, however, my original roofer became available at the last minute for the repair. Responsive and great service, would recommend.
