My work focuses on assisting clients to move thru life in less discomfort - with a greater range of motion. Combining different styles, modalities and pressures to bring about these changes. My training began with two years of formal study at the Body Therapy Institute, in Santa Barbara, California. Along with various trainings and seminars throughout my 25+ years of professional experience. As an avid swimmer, yogi, cyclist and all-around outdoors sports enthusiast, I ask a lot of my body.
