Stumbled upon this nail shop when I was treated rudely at another shop. I walked in during the week without an appointment and the was greeted immediately by the person at the first station with a smile. She asked me to take a seat at Umni’s station and I’ve been back twice since then.
The atmosphere is nice, the employees here are very friendly and talkative making you feel appreciated.
Umni is talented and fast and she engages you in conversation if you want. This shop is close to my job so it’s very conveniently located. Which means I walk here for my appointments.

I love Ella Nails! I’ve been getting no chip gel manicures for the past 6 months and they always come out fantastic and last for 3-5 weeks! No matter which nail tech I work with, I get the same fabulous quality and good service. Ella is always so kind and willing to help find the right color for what I want. I won’t go anywhere else in Chicago ❤️

I love Ella Nails! They take walkins and appointments, and with an appointment I’ve never waited longer than 10 minutes past my time. They want to do a good job, and it’s clear by the quality of work! Ella specifically does my hard gel manicures and they’re always exactly as I ask for, and she’s so funny to boot! The other employees are nothing but kind.
