After my very first session with Elias, I had to adjust all the mirrors in my car, as if a different person had driven it!!

I highly recommend Elias and the entire rolfing experience. I didn't know much about rolfing going into this, but Elias is so patient and understanding. He answers all of your questions and takes the time to really explain the process. I have suffered from pain in my lower back for years and through our sessions, we discovered a lot of my pain has possibly come from an older foot injury. He has taught me so much about my body and helped to start healing.
