I had a massage and facial. My massage was great with Livi even though I was late due not being able to find a parking space close lots were full. But he gave me a very good massage and asked what areas were bothersome. I had a facial with Neela and I have had a number of facials , this was the best one I have ever had. She took time and explained what she was doing. My skin and lips have never glowed like this.
The customer service was great. Clenisha did my massage and she was incredible, she applied the perfect pressure and worked out all of my problem spots, she made sure to check in with me throughout the session. 100% recommend!!!
Leslie gave me a great deep tissue massage, working hard on my tense areas (as opposed to giving equal pressure all over, regardless of muscle tension). When I asked for a bit more pressure here and a bit less pressure there, she quickly accommodated. It was a great massage! The lady at the desk was also very attentive and sweet.
My only complaint is that you pay for a massage but don't get the full amount of time as they factor in 5 mins to undress and 5 mins to dress. This is mentioned in other reviews and Leslie told me prior to the massage- so it was not a surprise for me.
