I contacted Dunning to replace the 35+ year old electrical panel in my apartment as I prepared it to go on the market. From my initial inquiry through the work's completion, they were responsive to all my questions. They handled the permitting. They were able to fit the work into the timeline I had for other work going on in the apartment. And, they showed up on time, did the work, and went above and beyond by providing advice for handling some unexpected and complicated issues that arose. An easy to understand proposal, with straightforward pricing, was promptly sent and all of my questions were addressed immediately.
