Robert Duncan and Nick Kelly were phenomenal to work with. Rob Duncan did an excellent job, representing my son, a minor who was bitten by a dog. Rob is thoughtful, considerate and not afraid to fight for what’s right! Nick Kelly was personable and considerate throughout the entire case. My son felt comfortable talking to him about the case, baseball and school!Thank you. Rob and Nick for doing what was in the best interest of my son throughout the entire process. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had the support of a compassionate, kind, group of attorneys help get me through the most difficult time in my life. Duncan Law Group and Nick Kelly, his associates, and assistant Isabella came into our lives not only when we were dealing with a difficult situation due to a car accident my husband was injured in, but during our journey my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer.
