Well, to begin with Diamond Home Service was very prompt. They were on time each time that they came. They were quite
courteous and very welcoming. They did an excellent job. They told us everything that they were doing basically step-by-step. They cleaned up the areas that they worked in. My family has used this company for many years. Interacted with owner directly for replacing windows today. We have referred many family and friends exclusively to this company. Mr. Craig Diamond was courteous and very understanding. He addressed all of our issues and concerns in a timely manner. If any reason should surface, in which we are not happy, he promised to send his crew back out to take a look and fix whatever is needed if anything.
