Detail Doctor is a solid 10 out of 10. Scheduling was easy, and I received a reminder text the day before my appointment. I dropped off my Lexus RX350 at 10:00 a.m., and it was ready by 3:00 p.m. Aldo and his wife are a great team. They were efficient, genuinely welcoming, and took great care of both me and my car. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I brought my car to Aldo after I left my car door open during a snow storm. Needless to say, the carpets and seats and of my car were soaked and I was worried about long term water damage, mold, and bad smells.
I first took my car to a different detail place and they did not address the underlying issues (just shampooed a soaked carpet). Upon recommendation, I brought my car in to Aldo and he quickly identified the extent of the damage. After ordering replacement foam padding, Aldo removed the seats, addressed the water damage, treated the interior, and made sure everything (carpet and seats) was dry and clean. I recently brought my Range Rover Sport to Detail Doctor for a complete full-detail service, and I am beyond impressed with the results. Aldo and his team absolutely exceeded my expectations.
They performed the full package, including exterior detailing, wax treatment, engine bay cleaning, interior shampoo, and a complete deep cleaning from top to bottom. The paint looked incredible with a deep, glossy shine, and the wax finish made the vehicle look showroom-ready. The engine bay was spotless and looked practically brand new.
