A friend of mine referred me to Eric to help me with my back pain. When I made the appointment I wasn’t completely sure what to expect. I just completed Eric's 9 week beginner mediation class series and cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. Eric is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and created a wonderful environment to learn the basics of mediation. I so looked forward to the weekly class and am sad it concluded last night. The fellow attendees were also so lovely! The mental load during the pandemic has been heavy for me and I only wish I learned these practices many years ago. The consistency of the class allowed me to incorporate the practice into my daily life which has made a significant difference in how I feel. Thank you, Eric!
