Took my daughter there for a rook piercing. staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. After discussing everything with the artist, it was decided to go with a different style of piercing. My daughter couldn't have been happier.
I started my half sleeve with Max back in Dec of '22. It took us 4 sessions to complete which took us to April of '2023 to get my finished product. I am more than happy with the work he did! I highly recommend him! Please keep in mind that they are artists and they all specialize in something unique to them. Max was very honest, friendly, and respectful when we sat down during my original consultation of what I wanted. I trusted his artistic direction in the piece and I love it. I walked in saying I wanted very big and realistic roses that were bright and colorful and he delivered!!! I did also do my researched as you should when doing something permanent! I get so many compliments it feels great! I definitely plan to do more work and hopefully with max if possible but from my few experiences at dark heart all the staff seem great so I have no doubt that working with any of them would be an amazing experience!
I wanted a vibrantly colored Hummingbird on my leg. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and my tattoo artist, Alex Orozco, worked with me through the whole process. He was kind and patient (this was my one and only tattoo) about the process and my wishes. He did a wonderful job on the tattoo and I'm very happy with it! I highly recommend Alex for your next piece of art.
