Maya was incredible… the best massage I’ve received. Her therapy technique was so gentle yet firm and worked through all of my knots. She asked questions and listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be back to see her!

My daughter and I booked massages at Eurostars this past weekend since it was a bit rainy during the Air and Water show. Christina and Nicole are very professional and gave a great massage. The spa is very nicely decorated and the massage room was appropriately dim, had relaxing music and I enjoyed the warm massage bed. I even noticed the sheets were super soft! They had nice lockers so we could store our clothes and change into robes. We used the sauna after our massages. I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends to this spa.

Anyone in need of some pampering and self care needs to head over to this spa for some TLC. Let's be honest, after living through 2020, we all could use some good spa therapy to unwind and relax. This spa is located on the 4th floor of the Eurostars Mag Mile Hotel. They serve a lot of the hotel guests but I think it's an ideal spa to book after a day of shopping or touring downtown Chicago. Weekend bookings are getting filled very quickly now. The facility seems very clean, relaxed and freshly renovated. They provide every guest with a robe, a towel, and a small toiletry bag. Even though Chicago has now officially entered phase 5 of reopening, the staff here wore masks, but I do not believe that it was required of customers. The lockers have a sauna and a couple of shower stalls. There is also a small gym/weight lifting room. I opted for the 50 minute classic European facial ($135). The entire session, with the soothing spa music, felt so luxurious and totally relaxing. I loved that the table was heated- can I get one of those at home? I'm pretty sensitive to strong scents so it was nice that all the products my aesthetician used smelled quite mild. My face felt buttery smooth for hours afterwards and it was glowing! I would totally do this again as a treat for myself, or I think it'll be a great gift option to celebrate a special occasion for friends.
