    My mom had passed suddenly, and had requested her remains be donated to the AGA. Having just lost my stepmom in August, and my dad going to Dalcamo for arrangements, I called them. I had an appointment a few hours later with Bernie. Bernie is very kind, engaging, and warm. He did all the paperwork, explained the whole process, and answered every question in detail. This was a comforting experience during a difficult time.
