I changed my rating from one star to five stars. My landlord, Becovic, lied and said that Cycor Peat control said, “I denied access to my apartment.”
So, Cycor returned to my apartment unit in April for an inspection/fumigation. They were polite, quick, and professional.
On March 6, 2024, The day of the inspection, I complied with the instructions, placed everything out of the cabinets and drawers In the bed, and went to work. No one contacted me to tell me it was a problem accessing my unit. I was not supposed to leave the door open.

Like other reviews ; the fellas that showed up hit the areas thoroughly. Schedule was good. Reminded me to wash things & let me know bed bugs are close to ominompresent & Let them know in 2weeks. ( If another treatment is necessary)
I even went on Wikipedia after the Treatment. ( cimicids going dormant for 300 days is something; in the year of cicadas ) ??♂️
The dispatch is good too.
So Cycor was needed once more, for cockroaches that won't go away, as this is an old building and there were some dirty tenants living next to me. Art came out the first time and was so nice and considerate. This last time, George came with two other very kind guys who listened to my concerns and treated the areas that were most problematic. They were VERY careful around my ferret's cage and even pet her before they began the treatment. A+ to them for their courteous approach and extreme professionalism.
