As mentioned in previous post, he is a straight shooter giving you the correct and accurate answer to your particular situation especially if you have a strong prescription. He knows his stuff and it seems as if he has done this many times especially with more difficult prescription to determine. I would suggest for anyone to always ask for their prescription in case they need for future reference. It would a waste of your time or any doctor's time if you would revisit to pick this up. Remember this. It seems as if the office has frozen in time and so it is hard to overlook this. On my first visit to Dr. DeClark, he caught a dangerous retina condition my previous doctors had missed, and gave me with trial lenses that actually fit. I'm very nearsighted and have difficult eyes to manage, so Dr. DeClark is my eye guy from here on out.

Great optometrist. Went in for my first exam in 6 years after Lasik. He made me feel at ease and gave me a detailed exam. He is very personable and funny as well. Will definitely be back next year.

Special diagnostic testing is available in the office for corneal topography, visual fields, corneal pachymetry, and digital fundus photography. The office has an on-site finishing lab for all your eyeglass needs. Contact lens services are available and include the use of all specialty lens designs from bifocals to lenses for keratoconus. Medical treatment is available for infections and other diseases of the eye.
