I paid $394 for 2 to 3 hrs. of work probably less. Sent over a nice invoice seemed professional until he asked for money prior to showing up. Twice I sent money before I met the guy. didn't show up for first 2 scheduled days finally shows up on the third (when I'm not home) then proceeds to tell me how its going to cost more and scrubs 3 interior walls for $394 must be nice making $132 per hour to clean up some walls. He missed several large sections so I did the cleaning myself and he completely blew off the outside of the building never power washed only talked about it. I hired Alfred for three different jobs as I'm a realtor who's always in need of good industry contacts. He did do the first two. Where they done excellent? No. Was it the good enough club? Sure. Which was all I was looking for as these homes are vacant and it wasn't calling for perfection. As I had already used Alfred twice, I figured it was easy enough to pay him ahead of time for the third job. Not only did he Not clean the place, but he didn't even attempt to go there! The team came out last minute because I was in need of a post renovation cleaning. They were prompt, affordable and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again for future cleaning needs.
