Marc is INCREDIBLE! Responsive, informative, straightforward, and most importantly, he gets the job done. My hard drive failed and Marc was able to recover my files. To say I was relieved is an understatement. Highly recommend Marc.

I had trouble getting a stripped screw out of my laptop, Marc helped with the extraction and was very honest and thorough about how to approach an unfortunate problem like this.He's also a great guy to talk to, highly recommend getting repairs here.

I called Marc as I have a custom built PC and for about 2.5 years, it wasn’t working and I was never able to fix it myself.He diagnosed the problem, and kept me in the loop throughout the process of what to do, what he recommended, and followed my guidance and expectations as well.Truly, I would go nowhere else. It’s hard to find someone that’s trustworthy and capable, especially for expensive equipment.While I was worried at first, worry no more.
