I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a rip off. The only good news is that I think they are out of business. I'm amazed they lasted this long.

This outfit seemed alright at first. Unfortunately, after they got paid and it came time to stand behind their work, they got really shady. Sadly, this is NOT a business I'd recommend. After spending $500 on repairing a $450 printer with them, the owner quickly became defensive when I called about a problem after I got it home. Instead of trying to help me diagnose what was actually a simple fix (adjusting the paper guides), he flat out refused to help me any further with the issue and told me to call the manufacturer. So much for customer service. In addition, they refused to show me a copy of their purchase invoice for the $200+ replacement part they claimed to... read full review

Took three weeks to solve my printer issue. Overcharged me - I should have just bought a new printer (it literally cost that much). Terrible service. NEVER take your stuff here.
