I had the best experience at Dr. Jeffrey Haynes's office! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The office was impeccably clean and very professional. I had strained a muscle in my lower back and was in so much pain. Dr. Jeffrey was incredibly patient, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly why my back was hurting and which muscles needed to be strengthened.
The treatment was done with utmost respect and gentleness, and I appreciated how sensitive he was to my comfort level. Dr. Haynes is amazing—personable, professional, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to during longer visits. I appreciate how quick and efficient the appointments are, and how easy it is to get in to see him on short notice. I’ve been seeing Dr. H for about a year for hip, SI joint, lower back, psoas, piriformis, and knee pain. When I first started, I could barely walk, stand, or even sit. But after just two months of dedicated care from Dr. H, I was moving pain-free and back to lifting weights with my trainers.
