I worked with an agent therstion, he was extremely friendly,knowledgeable and understanding. Even tho I didn't end up finishing up my taxes with this company, he never made me feel like I was pushing me to go with community taxes. The customer service was top tier, if you have complex tax issues I would recommend them. My situation unfortunately didn't need all of the services. I never experienced and of the negative aspects of some of the reviews you see online about them, so I would say, take them with a grain of salt.
I did experience some miscommunication with my assigned person however they were prompt to address after my initial review. Thank you. It can be very stressful when dealing with IRS.
