We used Collins for our move from a first-floor condo to a three-story single-family home, and despite a few curveballs in the schedule, I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
We were originally scheduled for 8 AM, but the owner, Rich, called us personally the morning of the move to let us know he had staffing issues and needed to shift us to a 2 PM slot. Honestly, I normally would’ve been annoyed, but it mattered that the owner picked up the phone himself, explained the situation, and kept us updated throughout the day. That’s the benefit of working with a family-owned business vs. a big franchise.

William Arturo and Joel moved everything with a positive attitude. Made the move for me as smooth as possible. Will definitely use them if I ever need movers again and will request William Arturo and Joel again.
We had a wonderful experience with Collins Family Movers! Great communication leading up to the move and the morning of. William, Arturo, and Joel were wonderful! They were professional, friendly, and extremely hard working! They took great care of our belongings and made sure everything was moved into the desired location in the new home. Highly recommend!
