Gosh I have so many wonderful things to say about Clear Wellness. If you are looking for kind and professional health care professionals look no further! I love Clear Wellness overall but I ESPECIALLY love my most recent experience with Rosie!!! I cannot say enough about her. I went in for flu symptoms during my visit she informed me that Clear Wellness wasn’t just urgent care that I could make them my primary care doctors office. I only go to them when I have an issue as I’m newish to the city and I wish I knew a year ago I could have made them my primary. I'm really surprised at these low reviews as this was not my experience at all. Shout-out and thanks to Kene, Clayton & Lisa for seeing my wife and I late on a Friday evening, most certainly the last patients after what could only have already been a long day in this flu season. They waited till our flu results were known and then advised us how to proceed. Lisa was polite and helpful on the phone. Clayton went out of his way to answer our questions, provide medical guidance for flu-like symptoms, and even brought us a bottle of water while we waited for the test results. PA Clayton is outstanding! He kept checking in on us as we were waiting for our test results, even offered bottled water. Top notch bedside manners plus excellent explaining- and listening skills. We both felt well taken care of.
