The staff at the West Loop location is always so friendly and amazing! I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and I really enjoy the unique styles of each esthetician. Everyone there was so sweet and welcoming! Emily explained each step and its purpose. She provided suggestions for products to implement into my routine to help my skin. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I got the virgin bundle and it was so nice. The front desk lady was also very engaging and helpful. Definitely want to get the membership!

I loved my virgin facial bundle. Everyone was so nice, kind, and welcoming. I had Chante and she did amazing! She made sure I had a pleasant experience and was comfortable the whole time. I didn’t get the front desk persons name but she made my checkout a breeze. She was also very I formative about new promotional deals and signed me up for the membership. I’ll be back soon!
