Chitown property services does great work and they don’t cut corners. How do I know? I worked for them a few years back. They do the right thing no matter what and can get any job done for you. Someone above or below had left a bad review solely based on someone driving. That’s not a reflection of the company itself but one person who must have had a rough day. Imagine if we all had reviews based on some of our hardest days. It was a great place to work and I would have stayed but a great opportunity opened up for me. BIG fans of Chitown Property Services. I have been looking for a company who can handle small tasks to big jobs for my rental properties. They can do it all. Very responsive, fair pricing and local. Really enjoy working with them and their team!

I cannot say enough good things about Chitown! First, they are incredibly responsive — getting back to me quickly. Second, Josh offered to rearrange his schedule if our problem was an emergency. Third, these guys are creative— they fixed an outdoor lamp in an ingenious way and saved me hundreds. Last, fair pricing. Highly recommend them and I am picky!
