The new management is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. My Doctor retired and the office did not call as promised to refill a prescription. The new office manager was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in customer service.
Amanda (the manager of this office) is the nastiest, most disrespectful, unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. I'm not the first person to remark on the behavior of office staff. I've been tolerating the general incompetence of doctors in this office for ten years, but it's much more difficult to deal with blatant rudeness. As a separate issue, Dr. Patricio is awful about sending prescriptions on time. Some of my medications need to be taken daily, yet Dr. Patricio shows no sense of urgency when sending refills to the pharmacy. A couple of months ago, she was 6 days late sending a prescription to the pharmacy--that was 6 days that I didn't have important medication that I take daily. Despite calling multiple times every day, it took 6 days for her to finally send it. Her behavior is borderline malpractice.
The worst doctor's office I have ever been to. For starters, they never pick up the phone. I've called several times over the past 2 months and not once have they picked up the phone. I always leave a message and they never get back to me. The front office is always rude and very disorganized. They lack the care they have for their patients. I have been waiting to get an Rx for two months. My pharmacy couldn't even get a hold of them. 0/10. Would not recommend.
