The personal is very friendly and educated. They go ahead and make sure you feel Comfortable. The dentist don’t make you feel nervous when they are talking about a procedure they they need to do.
Personal, friendly, and honest. Both doc and staff. I actually look forward to my appointments! I had to lose my front tooth - I’ve known it would be an issue due to a childhood injury - but the timing was not ideal: three months before my wedding 😩 First words out of Dr. Dow’s mouth were “okay when is the wedding?” Who remembers their patients’ weddings!👍🏻 He immediately reassured me that we can make it happen and happen it did. I think I like my new tooth better than the original. Photos are in order of original tooth, after removing most of my tooth (pain free!), temporary crown, and now permanent crown. It’s like I never even had a problem - Thanks for working magic!
The doctors, hygienists and front office staff are the best in the business. How many people get excited for their trip to the dentist? I do - because of them! In addition to general cleanings, the team is skilled at general upkeep of the teeth but also any special and more complicated work needed! I have seen dentists in Atlanta, Austin, New York City, Philadelphia and now Chicago. This group is the best.
