Chicago Prestige Roofing is described as professional, responsive, and thorough. The team responds promptly and completes agreed-upon work on time. When existing shingles were outdated, every effort was made to locate the closest possible match, with several options presented for consideration. Attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction are noted.
For water intrusion issues on an older flat roof, the team inspected the entire roof and gave a practical repair plan instead of immediately pushing for a full replacement. Once the problem area was opened, damaged roof decking was taken care of, along with membrane and flashing repairs, roof penetrations, drainage correction, insulation, and a full aluminum roof coating. Lots of before, during, and after photos were sent. The job was moved up when the schedule opened. Communication was great and pricing was fair, with focus on what actually needed to be done rather than overselling.
The company replaced a gutter on a Chicago condo building, completing the work efficiently with excellent communication throughout. The work looks great and is fully functional. The team also handled an emergency situation right away, and came out the very next morning for an urgent roof leak after a roof vent came loose, despite many roofing companies being backed up from recent storms. The damaged vent was removed, a new one installed, surrounding shingles repaired, and the area properly sealed, with before-and-after photos provided. The team was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything found, including the roofing structure and terminology, and the report was delivered right on time. Honesty and expertise are highlighted, and the company is recommended for quality work, outstanding customer service, and dependable roofing services.
