Very helpful service as the company assisted me in a very difficult situation obtaining 2 permits due to building violations. This would not have possible if I tried to deal with the city of Chicago on my own! Excellent experience working with Sofia, my main contact in securing the permits to complete my project. Sophia and her team is by far the best. I am a contractor but I do mostly work in a suburbs and we had a complete build out in Chicago. I am not used to the permit process the whole nine yards with the city. She literally took me by the hand and took care of everything for me. There were delays not on her part but on the city parts so she was so kind enough to take time out of her day and explain to my clients who hired me with delays and what's going on she even went above and beyond and kept everybody informed.Her team is phenomenal everyone that works there is great I would highly recommend those services to anybody looking to get things done in Chicago that requires... read full review
