I feel like they need to be more professional and some of the staff need to be upfront with mani/pedi pricing. Some of them come in sooo late that you have to wait for long periods of time as more customers roll in.
Don i believe is a perfectionist. I suffer terribly from ingrown toenails which keeps me away from getting pedicures because some techs have been too rough when cutting and scraping. He has great attention to care and detail. Gave me a tip on what to do in the future. The woman who did my manicure did a wonderful job. Appointment is necessary by the time I left they had a packed house. The customers are a bit rude and should know better than to interrupt the techs when they're with a customer. So far I'm pleased with my mani pedi and will revisit soon.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how well Frank does my nails. He has a great personality and makes me laugh at his jokes while getting my nails done. Today Ethan did a FABULOUS JOB on my pedicure. He gives THE BEST foot massages. I will definitely be back. ?
