Yesterday I picked up a 5 gallon jug of water and put it on a water cooler.
5 months ago, I couldn’t unscrew a twist off cap.
I had rotator cuff + bicep surgery on Valentine’s Day. Shortly after, I met Beth and Olivia over at CHPT, and they’re SO awesome. First meeting was all about measurements and loads of questions about what hurt, and some gentle stretching. Then… I could go through all the steps, but here I am only 5 months later (the surgeon said 6), doing all the normal things and I owe it all to my trainers. They’re both super-caring, genius PT people.
The best.
I could not recommend them any more.

I have been going to CHPT for many years and highly recommend it! From chiropractic care, to physical therapy, massage and more. The care and support is phenomenal. I have seen Dr. Deitzen and Dr. Cunningham and trust them both with my health needs.

A very dear friend and mentor recommended I call CHPT after clearly seeing I was in so much pain and mobility was suffering. I met Dr. Clement the next morning. I truly appreciate his thoroughness, professionalism, knowledge and he has communicated the treatment details along the way. My 3rd appointment with him today and he is becoming my new best friend. Having pain searing from the lower back going down the leg is debilitating! All fitness activity has ceased. But I am confident I will get back to it all in time. Inner voice says: Patience, grasshopper, patience.
