This is by far the best CrossFit gym that I’ve been to and this review is long overdue. I spent a year there and it was one of the best decisions I made that year. All of the coaches are extremely helpful and I learned so much during my time there. Also, the community is what makes this gym so special. Everyone is very welcoming and I met some great people that turned into friends. The only reason why I left was because I relocated. I highly recommend CEF!
I joined Chicago Elite at 8 months postpartum, having zero experience with CrossFit, and was so pleasantly surprised to find the most supportive coaches and community. It’s now been over two years and I’ve grown stronger, more confident and made life long friends. Highly recommend all the coaches - Bridget, Andrew, & Matt are just the ones I take classes from most often - I trust them to help with scaling options and they always push me to get better.
