Recently visited the Chicago CryoSpa and had a wonderful experience. All staff were kind and accommodating. Ann made sure I was comfortable and explained all services and their benefits. I tried the cryo facial, whole body cryotherapy and the light therapy bed. I had more energy, felt less sore post-workout and slept better. I highly recommend checking this place out. I cannot wait to go back and try more services.
