Popped into Charo's on Grand Ave for a mani-pedi and a quick trim. Theresa was super friendly and took her time—felt like I was catching up with a neighbor. Dropped about $65 total, which ain't bad. Only hiccup was a 20-minute wait past my appointment time. Overall, solid spot with a cozy vibe. I'll be back when I need some pampering.

Teresa and staff are friendly and truly allow you to relax and unwind. They take their time with all their services. It isn't a fast paced place and honestly thats what I love about it.
If you are the average person rushing in and out and need to just get out in a hurry. This isn't the place for you. Don't come and give a negative review, because you wanted expedited services. It's a spa salon.
They truly allow you to submerge yourself in the "spa experience" and that's what places like this are all about. It's nice to walk in and be able to pamper yourself and check out of the every day hustle and bustle.
