Our project involved both exterior and interior work--including replacement of exterior stucco on 3 floors, water intrusion mitigation, and interior repair work. Their crews were prompt and professional and the project was completed within the proposed timeline. Dave and Mark responded to all concerns during and after the project was completed, and even returned several times to ensure that both the unit owner and the Association Board were completely satisfied. They did a fabujpous job remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. They were responsive to our concerns and found excellent solutions when there were surprises 'behind the walls'. I am so happy we hired them.
